Grafi Arts Filing Systems –
The Grafi-System is the most efficient and flexible graphic arts filing system
available for film filing, metal plate storage, photopolymer plate storage, art
work filing and other large format filing. Grafi files can be used as a job
jacket, workfile or archive storage system and it comes in sizes ranging from
255mm x 390mm to 800mm x 1030mm capacities. Horizontal or flat files are one of
the most inefficient methods of filing when compared to vertical filing. The
Grafi vertical filing system allows you to store 3 times more material in a
given area when compared to flat file cabinets.
The Heart Or The Grafi-System
– consists of extremely durable and multifunctional files in a wide range of
sizes. Because they are filed laterally, they save up to 40% of the space taken
up by traditional storage systems. Compared to flat file cabinets, you can store
3 to 4 times more files in the same amount of floor space. What’s more, it is
easier and faster to find the file you need when you need it. Space-saving
lateral filing is possible thanks to Grafi’s unique single point of
suspension. The files are held on the profile-bar with a solid stainless steel
hook which allows the files to be removed with a simple one-handed movement.
Another advantage of lateral filing is the use of a sophisticated and
time-saving colour coding system (Col’R’Tab).
Job Files – have two
separate pockets, one of which is covered by a protective dust flap. In this
way, materials for a complete job can be stored in a single file, yet in
separate pockets. The job files are available in 6 different sizes.
